Refund Policy

Digital Products (Books)
Due to the nature of digital products, all book sales are final. Once you have downloaded a book, we cannot issue a refund.
If you experience technical issues preventing download, please contact us at support@justicesource.org within 48 hours of purchase, and we will assist you.
Subscriptions
JusticeSource Underground subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or through the Stripe customer portal.
- Cancellation: When you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are given for partial months.
- No automatic refunds: Canceling does not trigger an automatic refund. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of:
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Technical issues preventing access to purchased content
- Extenuating circumstances (reviewed case-by-case)
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us at support@justicesource.org with:
- Your account email
- Order ID or payment confirmation
- Reason for refund request
We will respond within 2-3 business days.
